If there was a negative review button! DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Do not stay if you’re traveling alone. Do not stay regardless because it’s unsanitary! image0.jpeg Dirty bedding (looks unwashed and smells) image1.jpeg Dirty bathroom that’s smelled so bad I gagged and almost threw up. image2.jpeg Shared room door with a dried smeared unknown body fluids. image3.jpeg This shared room door with what seems like a broken lock and only secured by the upper lock felt very unsafe and not secure. Overall smelled so dirty and stale like no cleaning products were used, smelled like nothing has ever been cleaned. The entire room just felt unsafe like someone could have gotten in. It’s was just me and my sister who are traveling alone and we thought we had book something totally different than what we received. I would love to receive a refund because we immediately checked out and did not stay

Overall everything was clean and staff friendly. The bathroom where we stayed in the first floor needed some remodeling. A little shabby around the toilet area.

The room was very large with a king and a queen bed plus a couch. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in room 211 for an 3 night stay and while it was “Ok” the floor carpet seemed to be somewhat sticky and the room was also very damp in the room. So damp it made everything else feel the same. For a quick overnight type of stay this hotel is ok but nothing more than that

Our room was ready early so we were able to check in before 2:00pm. The check-in was quick and efficient with helpful and friendly staff support. The room was as described, but unfortunately required a climb into a tub (this was a “mobility accessible” room), and was located at the furthest most point from the elevator, on the tip floor of the hotel. There is apparently only one roll-in shower room in this entire hotel and it is logically located on the first floor. Other than these things, the hotel is very nice and I booked again for an up-coming stay. The manager assured me that the roll-in shower room was booked for me and I look forward to returning.
