Service & amenities was top notch...their staff goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay if comfortable & enjoyable...this was a great experience! The rooms were clean, guest service area was always professional, pool was clean & debris-free & the parking lot was roomy & kept clean... Breakfast was enjoyable... Kudos To The Staff & The Hotel...My 80 room guests thoroughly enjoyed our experience there...WE WILL BE BACK!

Front desk lady Deleta was very nice and helpful, she helped us in everything we needed with a smile on her face at all time ok my room was not clean it had items in the refrigerator and bathroom trash can had trash in it, but after she fixed it for us we had a resting night

I booked my room online as always, never had a problem with checking right in til 5/12/25, I have stayed here frequently and never once had a problem with checking right in.When I first arrived a supervisor was outside smoking on the side in her car, other employees where also outside smoking as well. Front desk worker seemed to be upset because she didn't have any rooms ready or available for me or 3 other guest that was also there to check in.When I finally got to my room the door was open and there where 2 towels in my room 1 wash cloth,no soap,i had to go to front desk to let them know of this and to ask for toiletries, and soap they where very understanding. I really hate the new changes and different staff members,the new staff members don't know anything and eveyone has to ask someone else where things are they where not on the same page about anything the hotel is all out of order someone needs to step up and be a boss instead of sitting in their office lying about being in a meeting or on an important call.Bring old staff back they where friendly and greet guest with respect and rooms where always ready with all toiletries and supplies. Please Do Better.

Terrible service rooms wasn't ready front desk person had to keeping checking with housekeepers to see if they had any rooms cleaned after 3 when my check in was at 3 there wasn't any rooms ready. When we finally got in the room it smelled terrible like urine was on the floor, wet carpet made white socks black. when front desk advised the executive housekeeper (Nisha) she yelled and said she checked that room so she knew it was clean. I was moved to an even worse room my husband decide to purchase things for us to clean the room ourselves

This hotel has serious maintenance and staffing issues so I would not recommend. Desk staff was friendly but problems were way beyond their capacity to solve. Our first room had a broken TV and a broken phone so we could not even call the front desk directly. After moving to another room we ended up with a broken clock and a broken toilet which ran all night until we turned off the water to the toilet. The breakfast room was not clean, minimum offerings, Nespresso machine broken, some tables and chairs were still stacked and unusable. Staffing is apparently very short as we could not even check in until 5 PM because there were no rooms ready.

excellent accommodations, friendly staff and very clean. Best Western doesnt disappoint! Planned this stayover to avoid bad weather. As I was on my motorcycle I asked to put it under shelter and they were very obliging. again, very friendly staff!

Stayed here multiple times each year for past 5 or 6 years and never had a complaint or bed room/service until my last stay. Due to a bloody nose over the course of two days i had to use a few towels to stop the bleed and clean up the bathroom. I told several of housekeeping staff and they said " no problems"! Upon getting the bill i was charged an additional 250.00 for the unusable towels that i used for the nose bleeds. Now i get it! What i'm really upset about is for about the last month i've called the GM several times and left several messages for him to call me back. Up to this point he has not, so i've decided to dispute the charges until i hear back. I just want the courtesy of a call back to discuss my concerns " is that too much to ask?
