We had to stay for a period of time as we experienced a terrible home emergency. Ms Faye at the front desk was very helpful. We had to re register, and she was very helpful in telling us how to do that. Every time we went by the desk, she always had a smile on her face and was willing to help us with an issue we had with the TV when we first got here and she made sure that she sent someone up in the next morning to correct it. We would recommend the Baymont again.

Everything was good it’s nice comfortable .. the only thing was walking in the hallway smelling cigarettes. Has nice size pool didn’t get to go in next time lol

My room had bed bugs and I decided to check out within 20 minutes, I went to book a hotel room elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Staff has refused to give me any refund so I had to call the bank. Staff member that night said that they are hoping they can clean the room before he gets in trouble with his boss. Hotel cleanliness is similar to a motel 6. Kept lying about their job positions about whose manager. DONT BOOK HERE BOOK AT FAIRMON NEARBY. Had to call my bank to dispute everything. Ruined my trip overall.
