Hyatt House Augusta Downtown

Nice location and roof top restaurant but hotel needs some updating. Staff were very professional and courteous. The room was big but not everything was in working condition and for a huge room or 6, the coffee pot was for 1.

An amazing hotel. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy, the rooftop lounge was amazing and breakfast was delicious.

Loved the rooftop bar and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent gym as it had numerous weight options and cardio machines.

The hotel staff are always so courteous. The hotel is always clean. The reservations are always completed so quickly. They ensure their guests are well taken care of. The hotel location is very accommodating to the downtown area which is great.

Went to the rooftop to catch up with friends. The food was great! I would absolutely return for the food alone. However, the service was disappointing. The bar server, Alexis, had an unprofessional interaction with a customer that was loud enough for other guests to hear. She stormed off and attempted to slam the bar door, which thankfully was a soft-close. Even more concerning, she later discussed the incident with other guests at the bar. While the food was outstanding, the lack of professionalism from staff took away from the overall experience.
