The hotel was clean and smelled amazing! During our stay we had an automobile emergency and Chelsey and Cynthia were not only accommodating to allow a late checkout but also provided us with cold water while we braved the heat to get going. They were the best!

The room was making a lot of noises throughout the night like the walls making a popping sound which becomes stressful as a solo traveler up working on things online at night. The fridge in my room was very loud. The shower pressure was 10/10 and the bathroom was spacious. I liked the room overall.

AJ ( Jitterbug ) is a great person to have on your staff, hardworker and friendly demeanor always smiling. He took the time to talk to the guests and made us feel appreciated and continued working at the same time.

The night shift was a little stand offish and the hot tub was cold but the day shift was really great! The breakfast was really good but that wasn’t all. Our daughter accidentally threw her retainer away and one of the employees Brandon helped us come back and dig it out of the garbage later when she realized it what she had done.

Alexis was the best front desk lady ever to us during our stay at holiday inn express she took care of every need and helped us out with everything to get us comfortable and happy with our room including a beautiful smile and expert attention to us
