호텔 위치도 역에서 멀지않고, 시내 중심과도 5분 거리로 접근성 최고입니다. 프런트 직원 또한 친절합니다. 다음에도 방문시 호텔 예약 예정입니다. ^👌

Everything is OK, location, breakfast, facilities and services are all pretty good.

The hotel location was good and the staff were friendly. The location was close to downtown, so it was great to see things and eat nearby. I think I'll come back again the next time I visit Augsburg.

It was good I was surprised that the hotel staff kept changing. Everyone was friendly In particular, the woman and the slightly older man with gray hair were so sweet that I was very happy until I checked out. thank you When I come back to Augsburg I want to come here again :)

The hotel room was as clean as shown in the picture, and although I used a room across from the elevator, I could barely hear people, perhaps because the soundproofing was better than I thought. I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I really enjoyed the air conditioner 🥰 The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, I can't sleep well because the mattress is uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep 🤩 Wahnsinnig gute Matratze, echt gut geschlafen 🤓 Ich kann dieses Hotel bedingungslos empfehlen. Wenn ich wieder nach Augsburg komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 🙋🏻

The room was large and the breakfast was delicious. I visited for a business trip, but I had a good rest at the Augusta Hotel. It's an old hotel, but it's clean and cool with air conditioning.

Zimmer bzgl Ausstattung und Pflege waren ok, unser Zimmer zur Strasse leider etwas laut. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird laufend nachgelegt, die Kaffeeautomaten sind allerdings chronisch überfordert, der separat angebotene Filterkaffee leider zu gut versteckt. Die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt ist sehr günstig, vieles ist fussläufig erreichbar. So weit, so gut, aber man sollte nicht auf die Idee kommen, in der Hotelbar noch einen Drink nehmen zu wollen. Die Bar muss vom Rezeptionspersonal nebenbei mitbetreut werden. Bier am Hahn gab es nicht, Gläser ganz offensichtlich auch nicht, da kam halt der Rotwein ins Sektglas, um da dann den nächsten Notstand auszulösen, denn Zeit zum Gläserspülen gab es bei ca. 60 Gästen in der Bar und nur einer Kraft für Bar und Rezeption definitiv nicht.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel! Die brettharten Matratzen in den Betten führen zu Rückenschmerzen. Teppichboden ist sehr staubig. Lüftung im Bad durch viel Staub im Filter sehr laut. Zimmer nach hinten ruhig, nach vorne sind die Umgebungsgeräusche deutlich wahrnehmbar. Zimmer wärmen sich im Sommer sehr stark auf. Die nachträglich eingebaute Klimaanlage kühlt den Raum zwar gut runter, allerdings erwärmt sich dieser durch die schlechte Dämmung nach Abschalten der Klimaanlage schnell wieder.
