An den Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzen. Schick, mit Klimaanlage und einem großen Bad. Das Frühstück ist auch super. Allerdings waren wir äußerst unzufrieden mit dem Service in dem Hotel. Meine Mutter (77 Jahre) und ich sind nach 580 km Autofahrt um 12:15 Uhr angekommen. Die freundliche Mutarbeiterin sagte mir, dass wir das Zimmer noch nicht beziehen könnten, da Check in erst ab 14 Uhr sei. Ich sagte: "Oh, sie sind ausgebucht und die Zimmer wedren noch gereinigt!?" Sie sagte nein, es sei aber die Regel, dass man erst an 14 Uhr einchecken könnte. Ich verstehe, dass man nicht um 7 Uhr oder 8 Uhr ins Zimmer kann, aber wenn 1:45h vor Check in Zeit erscheint und die Zimmer frei sind, dann erwarte ich etwas mehr Flexibilität.

The hotel was a value for money. Parking was limited on first come first served basis. It was located close to a shopping mall but we didnt get to visit as we were on transit to Stuttgart and opening hours was short. Augsburg historical city was within a walking distance.
