Appartement bien agencé il ne manque rien au niveau des équipements, résidence calme à deux pas de la mer , installations extérieures (jeux,piscine) qui rajoutent à la qualité du séjour , une équipe très professionnelle qui sait être à l’écoute pour satisfaire ses clients

Les plus Proximité mer Taille logement (t4) Piéton et Calme (hors saison) Les moins Entretien extérieur et intérieur peinture blanche faite à la va vite et plein de coulure et peinture sur sol et plinthes Rangement couverts à l’autre bout de la salle à manger loin du coin cuisine. Incompréhensible Espace aquatique sans surveillance laisse à l’incivilité des gens ( enfants hurlant et jouant en courant autour de la piscine intérieure et fracassant les ballons sur les murs dont hammam et sauna et les fréquentant alors qu’interdît Non respect port maillot réglementaire et douche Personnes extérieures ayant accès à l’espace aquatique aucun contrôle Une table de Ping Pong pour tous les clients Télévision payante pour un petit écran de surcroît Odeur nauséabonde dans salle d’eau chambre parents depourvue de rangement vous ne pouvez défaire votre valise. Accueil quasi inexistant hors saison et personnel invisible à se demander quand la résidence est entretenue… Donc conclusions du potentiel non exploité le minimum et encore

Globalement satisfait de notre séjour. Résidence calme et reposante (en octobre). Les logement sont très corrects. Seul petit bémol : les enfants même en bas âge qui squattent le Jacuzzi alors qu’il est interdit au moins de 16 ans… Mis à part cela, séjour agréable

Residence piétonne proche de la mer par contre aucun commerce à moins de 15 mn à pied. Bien équipée avec piscine intérieure et extérieure. Logement avec étage au dessus bruyant mais sinon équipé du nécessaire. Wifi et télé dans le logement payant.

Nous avions apprécié revenir dans la résidence LES CARRATS comme chaque année depuis 5 ans. Dommage que le choix de l’emplacement du logement est devenu payant. Même chose pour internet qui lui reste cher alors que ça devrait être compris dans le prix de location .

Sauberkeit war definitiv nicht schön musste erst mal 2 Stunden geputzt werden. Wellnessbereich und Schwimmbad waren okay Toiletten in dem Bereich nicht sehr sauber. Alles etwas ausbaufähig nettes freundliches Personal Küchenausstattung eher mangelhaft Pfanne kaputt weitere Dinge defekt. Allerdings wurden sie sofort ausgetauscht ein minus zu wenig schränke, um Anziehsachen einzuräumen Badezimmer etwas klein Parkplatz direkt am Haus schöner Park direkt am Wasser kinderfreundlich
