I have been charged for booking to "Roadway inn Oceanvew" and when I arrived to the hotel name was changed to "Premier" and booking didn't exist and beenasked to pay again, and all this happened at 2 am, horrible experience and I want refund

As I arrived at midnight to check in, I was told my booking didn’t exist bc ownership/ management had changed (1-3 months ago). After already paying ahead of time, I had to pay for my room (again) out of pocket. A refund is being processed but conditions were terrible. Major water leaks in front desk ceiling, my room key did not work, no toilet paper or soap.

Smells bad cigarette. stairs are broken unsafe. Elevator wasn't working. No soup no conditioner no body wash nothing. We Didn't like it at all never go there against.

Worse management ever !! Worse stay ever !!
Assigned room 214 at first, a man ran out of the room as we approached, the door was open, the beds were a mess, tissue everywhere, awful moldy smell, dead roaches and bugs. We immediately went back to the front and asked for a refund, he refused !! Offered us a “better” room. The room was a downgrade from two queen beds to one full size bed, no microwave, fridge was so dirty and did not work. Holes all over the walls, dirt and left over trash all over the floor. No towels, no toilet paper. It smelled so bad, the nastiest place I ever been. We stood in my car and never got a refund. Please close this place down, crack heads are all over, making it very uncomfortable to even park on the property.

Don't make reservations
I had reservations and traveld from Philadelphia and there was reservations for me in the hotel system.i showed them the confirmation and they still said that I had no reservations then told me it be more per night because it's Friday, which then made me leave and pay more at another hotel. Between booking and rodeway that was my worst experience in my life with a reservation I made a week prior
