I felt that the basic amenities were a bit lacking. However, connectivity with the subway is excellent. It's a third party, but they also give you Marriott points.

Very nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. ****** letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

Gentleman working the front desk is super friendly, engaging and welcoming, definitely a great first impression! My 5th floor room was nicely appointed and super comortable. Location is great, walking distance to shopping and restaraunts.

I am a 53 year old b and Asian Lifetime Silver Elite member. This demographic information is necessary for the review. I stayed here from 7/18/25 to 7/20/25. I prepaid for 2 Premium Rooms noting requiring an accessible roll in shower for me, the other room did not have to be. I originally had check in scheduled for 3 pm. My stay at World of Coca Cola, getting my buddy from ATL, and then a dinner reservation would have me checking in around 10 pm. I didn't want to lose my rooms and hopefully get a higher floor etc. I tried calling the hotel for 2 hours, separating the calls 10 minutes apart. I would pree 0 or wait to be transferred to the Operator, each time for those 2 hours or so, I received a busy tone. I press 1, for reservations, I get a Filipina (I think) explain my predicament. I asked if she could get me to the hotel, sorta like a bat/priority line. She says no, she does offer me an alternate number. The number she gave me was for Sales. I knew something was off as I discerned it was a csr Bluetooth speaker I reached. She said she would pass the message along. I doubt it. I do get to the hotel around 10 pm, Friday night. A woman at the valet approaches me takes my info including my cell number. I ask if I get a claim ticket. The answer was I would receive a text message. I asked if someone at the valet stand could help me with my bags. They gave my buddy a luggage cart. I still tipped the guy that held the door for me $5. I make my way to the desk. Give my name, my ID. No "Thank you for being a Lufetime Silver Elite Member." No "Welcome" no nothing. I did have a snafu with the two room deposits for incidental. She was patient and understanding. There was some confusion about the accessible room. I almost didn't get one. The one I did receive was on the 2nd floor. If only the phones worked. I also noticed rapport was made with the demographic similar to the front desks, age & race. It was aparent to me. It rubbed me the wrong way. I did eventually walked into the room. Oh the lobby and front area has a cool modern feel to it. The room was similar to a Courtyard Brand. The bathroom was nice. There were sone trim pieces not in place on the grab bar in the roll in shower. The sink drain was slow, the cold water in the sink had low pressure. The TV had someone else's name " Hello Elizabeth Gold Elite" not a big deal at this time. I did find the bed comfortable. The shower with handheld head did the job as did the toiletry amenities. The bathroom is well lit with an excellent fan. I make my way to the valet area to retrieve my car. I tell someone at the desk, I find out she's the valet manager, I didn’t get a text. I said the young lady that took my information (note I didn’t say greet) probably got my number wrong, it happens. She gets my name, room number, and correct phone number. In the meantime her report is getting my car. We talk about Rose & Rye at the Hotel and my choice for breakfast t

This was once the W Hotel, and I live just a few miles away, so I wanted to share my perspective. The hotel is desperately in need of remodeling, but before that can happen, a deep cleaning is essential. The bathrooms have mold, which is concerning; this isn’t just a housekeeping issue, as they only have 10-15 minutes to clean each room. The carpets are another major issue—they should be cleaned every six months due to unpleasant odors. The valet service is an absolute disaster—it's slow, disorganized, and poorly managed. All of the negative feedback about this hotel is completely justified. The staff is young and inexperienced, lacking the skills to deliver exceptional service, and unfortunately, the property manager seems to have little impact on improving the situation. **Should you stay here?** - Proximity to attractions: Yes - Reasonable pricing: Yes - Customer service focus: No - Quality of amenities: No Anthony C
