The parking garage was flooded and live wires were in the water. Notified front desk staff on thursday night and she was we very rude stating that she was aware. This made it difficult to find parking. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work so we were EXTREMELY hot in there. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. The good thing was the convenience of it being next door to Marta.

We came for youth baseball, and it was t a great spot for a sports team. Parking was a nightmare in the garage for large cars and the lobby was hot every night for a week. The rooms were good size for a large family, and there were great restaurants in walking distance. Carrie that does the breakfast was so kind and made our early mornings so pleasant! She gets five stars!!

The hotel is in an amazing location with one of the best staff we have ever encountered. Special thank you to Omair (sp?) from the front desk and the head of housing lady (did not catch her name). Everyone went above and beyond. Rooms are spacious and with a good kitchenette with full-size fridge (no stove). Cleaning is done every other day, but we have requested to change our towels daily. Also, there is a parking for 30 dollars a night, but the garage is tight, and navigation is required, especially for big cars. Breakfast is very good with a decent number of hot items. Overall, a very good stay with good internet. Few wishes: -While the bathroom is big, there are no hooks in the bathroom. -I wish they would be some sort of pool, if possible. - Some dairy-free milk at breakfast. -The business area is small and in the open; enclosing the business area would be great to allow some privacy, if needed. (I had to work from the hotel, and due to only 2 workstations available) and people needing the space, I was asked to move to allow others to print/work from there. So, not enough space there. As i mentioned, those are minor things but the way hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and support us, is really notable.

Kerry was very wonderful and pleasant to talk to she made the experience more than wonderful. She was very polite and friendly and was able to assist me with all my needs. Also the breakfast bar was always stocked with hot fresh food.

I've been to a lot of hilton hotels. This one was my favorite king size room layout and for three days, the breakfast was phenomenal everyday.
