The area is large, the environment is quiet, it is very close to the Olympic Park, and there is a Ferris wheel next to it. There are two TVs in the room, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Although I don't watch TV, it is also very good to connect the screen to expand the display screen for work.

The room is clean and is cleaned every two days. The hotel is very safe and the door is automatically locked. Luggage storage is free. Breakfast is OK.

The reception desk was amazing! Ed was friendly and thanks to him, we were able to comfortably settled in! Get our room quickly and seamlessly! And the location is great because it is close to many venues. Highly recommended!

The guest service, since arriving until leaving the hotel had been excellent. All of my requirements and enquiries were handled properly and without any hesitation at all. One particular receptionist, Marie, handled most of those.

This location was really good and very central to everything. My room was clean and the lady at the front Desk (Marie) was very sweet and helpful and she made the check in a very smooth and easy process. Thank you guys for having a great team! Thank you also Marie!

Arrived after 5 pm. We were tired, hungry and probably a little grumpy. Marle at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us settled. She provided us with recommendations and directions for restaurants. The hotel is located within walking distance to several of the attractions that we were planning to visit.
