1. During the stay, when the Do Not Disturb sign is hung at the door, some cleaning staff directly swipe the card to enter the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. 2. After checking in, I found that the socks of the previous guests were still on the ground and hadn't been cleaned up. It was very disgusting. 3. Because of the first two items, when the front desk checked out, it said that it would waive the room fee as compensation, but after I left, I charged this part of the fee again. I had another exceptional experience at the Whitley Hotel today. Mrs. Shonta Purnell-Walker ensured top tier customer service from the moment I pulled into the valet to the time I departed the hotel. Chef Corey prepared the most delectable ribeye steak I have ever tasted. I'm looking forward to my next staycation.

I visited with family and friends for one of the cocktail classes they offer and I must say I was very impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful. We were greeted immediately by Shonta, who was very courteous and helpful. She helped make our experience one to remember and we will definitely be visiting again. We had so much fun! If you ever get a chance to check out the wonderful cocktail class please do and be sure to ask for Shonta!

Came to a mixology event here and had the best time! The class was fun and we had an awesome time! As an out of towner my husband and got engaged in a conversation with a lovely woman named Shonta. She stopped and spoke with us about the hotel and the surrounding area and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. She made us feel so comfortable and made sure we were having a great experience. Shonta has made us want to come back and stay at the Whitley for an even greater experience. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to staying at this location for future stays.
