We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned the whole time. We only managed to get our bed made on one day and we had to protest strongly to get the bathroom cleaned.
There is no restaurant and the breakfast is terrible.
The staff have no knowledge of customer service or involvement.

The room was average. No one cleaned it for 6 days. There was no microwave or kettle. Breakfast cost 700 yuan and only had a few waffles and bread. It was terrible. There was no supermarket nearby.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the university, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. How many kilometers is the hotel from Atlanta Airport?
The room is large and clean, but the equipment is too old.
The bathroom bath gel and shampoo can't be squeezed out, and the bath gel was changed after reporting it twice.
The room was cleaned only when you actively request it, and it can only be done the next day after you apply.

Old building. The housekeeping knocked on the door for two consecutive days at 8 am, which made me wake up. Then she never back to the room to clean it.
I was charged 4 breakfast, that I didn’t take it. When a I asked about it in the front desk, The receptionist (a black woman) rudely told me that I had to pay for it because it was charged in my room, and she charged me for it. Fortunately I was able to talk to the manager who refunded me the money. That woman should not work in customer service.
I’m a frequently traveler, it was the first time that I have an issues like that.
I I would never go back to that hotel again.

Hotel location is OK. Very close to Polytechnic University. There are also places to eat across the road. But the service attitude of the hotel is really not flattering. can only say a mess

My company originally booked a 3 week stay for me at this hotel but I had to check out after one week due to the rooms being infested with bedbugs, a very stinking bathroom, hair on the beds and pillows, a stinking room and the fact that housekeeping isn't provided daily. I had to go down to the front office twice to get that resolved and they only perform a refresh. There wasn't really any complimentary breakfast a the laundry room was broken. I was very disappointed in my experience staying at this Sonesta Hotel and I'm definitely not coming back here in the future.
