The floor is sticky. The elevator is broken and skips the floor from time to time. The tub is dirty and hairs on the pillar and beds and towels.

We had a great time with the hotel nit is a budget friendly near the I75 and I85. The breakfast is good. We had a huge bed. The only downside is the elevator is little bit broken.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I don't know if the location is actually good or not, but the room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly. In the hotel lobby, you can have a vending machine, microwave, breakfast, and water and food are provided. I was satisfied with both the price and the facilities.

Ms. Ruby was very polite and helpful being that it was so late in the night and I was in need of a comfortable bed room. The breakfast that she prepared the next morning was also delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hi, I travel to a lot of hotels in the local area. By far this is the best one I've seen. The customer service is excellent. The staff is welcoming and friendly. And, the stay was very peaceful. I haven't sleep that good in a long time. Thankyou for the hospitality.

Worst customer service ever. My daughter and I booked this hotel. And when we arrived they informed me that they overbooked 4 rooms and canceled our reservation without letting us know. They never once apologized. The front desk girl said to call the manager on the phone they had on the counter and he put me on hold and never returned. I will never stay at any of these hotels again.

I had not been to Atlanta in years. I was there for a conference and reservations at another hotel fell through. We googled and found Comfort Inn, not too far from our destination. I t was late night, but Samiah was kind, friendly and extremely helpful. She got us a room and we were so thankful. I wrote one review but I did not include this young lady. I had to write again so that everyone that helped me could be recognized. Thank you again. I hope other cities or states I visit are as efficient and as helpful as this staff. Blessings.

They was friendly and showed excellent services. I love that have amazing hospitality. I give them 5 stars plus more. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will be back to stay again. Shout out to everyone who made my stay amazing. It was a beautiful place.
