I am so happy with our new Dragon con hotel! The staff was always welcoming and quick to help with any problem we had (there were very few as the room was perfect!) We enjoyed two double beds with a sofa bed as well as a microwave, mini fridge and mini table for snacking. The location is perfect for walking to the con and walking back for mid day breaks and cosplay changes. Rosa went above and beyond for me and my friends and we are so happy to be part of the Hyatt Place family for the future! Shout out to the wonderful staff at the front desk as well as the kitchen staff who made us an amazing breakfast each morning. See you in 2026!

Franklin and Katherine made my trip there very easy and helped me so much. Franklin helped me print out papers in the middle of the night which is above and beyond what he needed to do. Thank you to the whole team.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. There were some plumbing issues which were quickly addressed. The hotel was understaffed after hours.

10th floor was very quiet and our suite Was spacious with a welcoming bed for the night . The breakfast had a variety that fed our needs. Easy to access Emory Hospital
