The hotel is located in the city center, and it is convenient and fast to call a taxi. The exterior style of the house is very special. There is a small courtyard with some American fabric sofas. The environment is very beautiful, the restaurant is very warmly decorated, and the room is also very large!

Such a cute hotel! The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend bringing a sound machine because the street is busy/loud at night. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was once the Artmoor Hotel. It’s been rebranded the Hotel Granada Midtown. Rude staff, expensive snacks in your room (6.00 for a bag of popcorn), but no pantry to buy goods. No microwave, mold fans blowing in the hallways, danger wet floor signs throughout the motel. We were in Atlanta for a concert. Got back after 1 am. We put our let us sleep sign on the door, and at 8:30 am and 11:00 am the lady was knocking on the door to clean our room. She woke us upstairs when knocking at 8:30 am. We literally had words the second time she came. Check out is 12:00!!! 50.00 valet (3rd party, and you pay them separately) that you’re forced to use as well as a 100.00 incidentals charge on top of the room cost. I highly recommend you “DO NOT” use this motel. I assure you, you will be very unhappy with the choice. There was hardly any guests there, which should have been our clue that it wasn’t a nice place. I’m leaving a Google review because the other reviews are misleading. This is a 1/2 star motel at best.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay again. The bathrooms and rooms are nice and for a good price. This hotel was recommended to me to stay and I approve!

We stayed at Hotel Granada for a couple of days while we explored Atlanta, and it's a really nice place for a few days. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable with good-sized rooms. There was no coffee machine in the room, but they had breakfast space and a bar in the lobby as well as a nice outside courtyard to relax. It's just a short walk to Arts Centre Marta station so it's convenient for transport to the airport and city centre. Staff are nice and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Poor service. The room was clean but there’s a lot of opportunity with the front desk service. Group of friends chatting with them. At check out unable to change credit card on file and treated poorly. Overall not a 4 star hotel or experience.

We stayed at this hotel for the Beyonce concert and I cannot say enough how great it was! The area is extremely convenient for food & drinks (though we didn't have time for much). I've stayed in a couple other areas of ATL and this was my favorite! This was also extremely convenient for MARTA access to get to and from the concert at Mercedes Benz. Lovely and clean hotel, friendly staff - we will absolutely be back for our next stay-cation!

Disclaimer:Although a travel agent, I will always review based on a traveler perspective with customer service insight as I have lived both positions for a very long time. Customer service in conjunction with my experience as a customer is what drives my repeat business and recommendations to friends, family and clients. Where do I start on how much I wanted to rave about this hotel and I will. In addition, I will share honestly as well how such a great stay has turned to a question of whether I would stay again or recommend this location to clients. As a travel professional, I am about creating experiences and memories that last a lifetime. I don't mind the bigger brands of hotels, but there is something about a quaint experience of a smaller boutique hotel or different types of accommodations and this is where I was excited to stay at Hotel Granada. From the time I booked, communication was amazing with not only emails but messages through text getting closer to my arrival. I was only in town for one night for a concert, but also as a stop through to Dallas to see my parents and another concert. I had a lot of moving parts to this trip as this concert was a bit last minute for me and I was just coming off the heels of a heavy and busy work week. After dropping my rental off and catching a ride to the hotel, I walked in exhausted but excited to be there. The grounds were nice and quiet and upon stepping into the lobby, all the noise from outside shifted to feel quaint and peaceful. When getting to the front desk to check in, the customer service of the lady at the desk was unfortunately non existent. Having been on that side of a check in desk, things like that I have a bit more empathy in, so I do understand but it was not a bad experience but not a good one either. I did get checked in, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and all of the amenities available. I ordered some door dash and decided to lie down for some rest before the concert. I went to the desk to ask about parking as I had someone coming to provide makeup services for me for the concert as a small treat to myself on this trip. Again the encounter with the lady at the desk was met with a look of if I was bothering her and when answering my question it was done so in a way that was a bit condescending in tone. I am not one who easily offends so I just walked away grateful to have the information I needed but disappointed in the fact that such a beautiful place had no real customer service (by that I mean, a smile, and nice interaction). I will say that the gentleman who helped the MUA with her things and the one who helped her carry it out were amazing with their customer service and I wish I had their names. The lady at the coffee shop part was absolutely amazing as well the next day when I left, just with a greeting and smile that morning. They truly did make up for the experience with the lady at check in. After the concert I came back (it was late and I had
