Bedbox Hostel - Photo Gallery

Location is what i really like about this hostel. Near to great food. Near to train station. Very easy to get around. Lift to every floor - easy for luggage. I like the smell of the room when i enter, after housekeeping just completed. They put great air perfume and feels great. Room is very spacious, with locker for everyone. We also have curtain for privacy. Own light and charge point at the bed. Staff very welcoming, friendly. Breakfast: Cake + Coffee (7-9sm) What i didn't like but i can live with it: 1. Toilet v small. Not suitable for XL folks. 2. Some shower areas without light 3. No towel, no toiletries In short, I'll like to return to this place again if i come Athens alone.

The place is perfect with just walking distance of less than 10mins you’ll get to Monastiraki station also the area, or Omonia station. Nearby are all restaurants and shops, there’s one supermarket just next to the corner where you can get 1l mineral water for just under 1€, the receptionist told me tap water is free to drink but I just prefer bottled water. There’re two small balconies on level 6&7 that you’d be able to get a good area view but not the Acropolis cause it’s been blocked by other buildings. They don’t provide free towel or slippers, no shampoos either in the bathroom. There’s locker in the room offered for each of us with lock. Bathrooms considered clean but a bit tight and no space to put your clothes towel or toiletries, there’s a place to hook inside but the hook got wayy high up definitely not for someone short like me (160cm) and there’s also one hook outside of the bathroom, slight inconvenient there. Water pressure is strong and there’s hot water.

Bedbox Hostel is a gem!💎 As a 32-year-old solo male traveler, I found it perfect for my winter Athens adventure. The location is super central, near Monastiraki metro, making it easy to explore. The dorms were clean and the beds were comfy with privacy curtains. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Free luggage storage and a well-equipped kitchen were great facilities. Overall, it is a fantastic and affordable stay in the heart of Athens. Highly recommend! 👍

It’s a nice hostel with friendly stuff. Area was clean, bed was comfortable to sleep. Shower area was also nice and pleasant. I met many interesting girls there. Location is the best.

Excellent hostel, friendly cheerful staff who are very helpful. Hostel has all amenities including a well equipped kitchen. Rooms and beds are very clean and there is more than enough locker space (locks provided). Location very central to most tourist destinations and 5 minutes walk to monastiraki metro stop. Area is very safe, away from all the 'not-so-nice' areas in Athens and close to where you want to be - all the nice spots! Had a very smooth stay at a hostel I have stayed at many times previously, my go-to place when around in Athens. Thank you. 10/10 by every metric!
