My family and I have two different reviews of this hotel. For the location of the hotel I felt very pleased with the view of the sea, the sunrise, the big moon, and the fireworks. But my sister felt that it was too far from the station, the road was too steep, there were not many buses, and it was difficult to walk. For the hotel facilities, I think they are acceptable, but my sister dislikes the old ones and dislikes the stains on the bed sheets. For those who love sea views and pursue value for money, this is good, for those who pursue novel hotel facilities, you need to think more.

The sea view room has beautiful scenery, relatively large room, comfortable and convenient transportation.
Why is it required to check in at 15:00 but check out at 10:00? Didn’t I pay the room rate for one day?
Breakfast must be reserved before 17:00 the day before, which is unreasonable! Will I not have breakfast if I check in later?

Huge room with separate seating area and great views of Atami from window/balcony. Outstanding dinner and breakfast. Great bargain. The rooms are outdated. Older stained carpet needs to be removed/replaced. Sliding patio door with obvious noisy broken wheel. Easy updating would make this place quite nice.
