I've seen relatively negative reviews on various sites, but the experience we had was different, so I'll look back on my memory and write it here. Stayed here for Christmas December 2021. In conclusion, we were very satisfied. First of all, regarding the reviews of this inn, it is better to look at it from three axes: "Which room did you use?", "Which hot spring did you use?" *By the way, you should think that the main residence and the villa have completely different quality. Details below. <Room> I stayed in a room called Jusanya. It will be a room with an open-air bath, an indoor bath, and a sauna. The view is good, the indoor bath has arrived, it is quiet and there is no complaint. <Hot Springs> This inn has several private open-air baths, and among them, we have added a service that allows you to enter the private open-air bath called Terrace Umikaze. It is a private open-air bath at the top of this hotel, but the reviews of the hot springs at this inn will probably be divided depending on whether you used it or not. If you haven't, I think the impression is not good because it is only the private open-air bath below. This private open-air bath has a really nice view, a minibar, and free beer and other alcoholic beverages. It is the best hot spring that you can bring drinks to your room. By the way, I forgot the name, but the open-air bath in the morning was also nice. It is located on the upper floor of the inn. <Meals> We had Japanese meals in the room for both dinner and breakfast. I will omit the contents, but I think it was really delicious with Ise shrimp and Japanese beef. I didn't use the restaurant. In terms of service such as customer service, I was not dissatisfied because I could see that they were working very hard. I think that the room, the type of food, and the private open-air bath are probably the ones who pay the amount of money even among those who stay at this inn, but I feel that I was able to experience it accordingly.
