Fufu Atami

The hotel couldn't be better, the service was first class ~ there were Chinese service staff as well. All rooms have private baths, which are very comfortable. The teppanyaki dinner was also excellent. Just remember to go to Atami Station for free pick-up. Although it is obviously closer to Kinomiya Station.

Very good. I stayed in two similar hot spring hotels. This one has better food and bigger rooms.

木の間の月3回目の訪問。前回の宿泊がパーフェクトだったため、再訪。お部屋は朗を予約。到着は問題なし。部屋の案内は少し時間かかるが、OK。今**館でのテラスでフリーフローがあるとのこと。大浴場及びサウナも前回工事中だったため、今回は楽しみにしていました。フリーフローの試みは佳ら久を意識しているのか、お互いが情報合戦しているかのようで面白い。鮨プランも佳ら久と似たような料金設定。大浴場はきれいになっていたが、無理くり狭いスペースに入れ込んだため、デザインがイマイチ。サウナはとても良かった。フリーフローは種類が少なく、補充が追い付かずダメ。佳ら久に軍配。部屋の温泉はぬるすぎて、何度も温度調節依頼。事前に温度管理してないのですか？まあ、コスパの良い宿なのであまり気になることもなく過ごさせてもらった。体調悪くなり、スタッフの人に迷惑かけてしまい申し訳ない気持ちでした。しかし、次回も予約していこうと思ったのですが、最後のチェックアウトで２月の予約を確認してもらったら全て満室の回答。宿泊前日にＨＰで確認して空室確認していたが、部屋はないとのことであきらめて帰宅の途につきました。バレーサービスにも拘わらず、車のドアはロック状態。どうなってるのこれ？こういったサービス含めての価格ではないのですか。呆れてしまい笑うしかないです。帰宅してＨＰ見たら部屋空いてましたけど、どういうこと？これでジエンドとなりました。木の間の月には再訪しません。気分悪いので。もう少し高級旅館らしい（？）対応してもらえませんか？前回が好印象だったのでがっかりです。昔ホテルレストランのマネージャーさんから我々の商売はワンチャンスしかないといっていました。一回ミスしたらアウトなんですと。

初めてのふふ宿泊でした！ 部屋に小さなTV付きの温泉があり、 朝食夕食ともにも美味しかったです。 花火大会のときに宿泊したのですが、 花火鑑賞を目的として行くなら、次は違うホテルを選ぶかな、と思います。花火と木が被ってしまう状況だったり、距離的にもベストホテルではないと思います。 温泉目的で行くならば、いいホテルでした！

This is my second visit to Fufu Atami, and this time I was drawn to the sushi kaiseki and chose Kinomatsuki. There was a little noise due to construction work in the main building, but that can't be helped. A room in Yuzuki. It's unfortunate that the bathroom dryer was broken. It wasn't a cold season, so it wasn't a problem, but I hope they do a better job of maintaining it. Dinner was better than expected. Because they use raw ingredients, it was a little different from what was listed on the website, but that was good. We had a satisfying time with Chef Toba's light-hearted talk and delicious food. The breakfast was also good and plentiful. My companion seemed very satisfied with the food, so we made a reservation for March. This is the fifth visit for the Fufu group, so if I had to say something, I would like the drinks in the refrigerator to be changed a little. We arrived a little early, but no one came out, which made me feel uneasy. Check-out is at 12 o'clock, but we have to do the procedure in the room, so I felt like we were kicked out early and it was unsettling. I think it would be fine to visit five minutes before. It's a shame that the last impression was somehow bad. After I paid, no one was there and they didn't even help me with my luggage. I guess it can't be helped if that's how they do things, but I didn't have a very good impression of it. I'm sure there are people who like it, but it's a bit tricky. I learned something this time, so next time I'll get used to it. It's also a bit interesting that you can't adjust the temperature of the open-air bath from inside the room. Also, lunch was included as a member plan perk, but it was nice that they changed it to a first drink. I would prefer a complimentary drink or hotel credit if possible, rather than a gift. If it costs the same, I think customers would be happier if they had a choice. So, I would like to give it 5 stars, but I gave it 4. I look forward to returning in March.

We stayed in two rooms for one night for my parents' anniversary. When we made the reservation, we requested that they be considerate of stairs and other issues because my parents are elderly, but we were given the room at the very end. The mat on the deck sofa on the terrace had been peeled off, leaving the cracked boards exposed. My mother's impression of the Sisley beauty treatment she received as a gift was, "They were very strict about offering options. I told them it was a gift from my child, so I didn't mind, but they were very persistent." The teppanyaki was amazing. At Hitoshio in Sekaie, the staff are young and casual, but at Fufu, the head chef shows off his skills. I was impressed that they gave me their business cards and greeted me. The champagne from the anniversary plan that was rejected at Sekaie can be used for a toast at Fufu. The wine was also delicious. However, the staff at both places are great. I will use it again.
