與鐵路站有點距離，經過大街再走一點路便可到，離開酒店時需要把鎖匙交到前台，早餐每人有兩塊方包供應，亦有咖啡茶等供應

Fancy Business Hotel,完成2晚住宿，房間條件清潔舒適度可接受，職員們也很友善；
酒店離熱海駅不遠，約步行10分鐘從美食街直向下行最快到達酒店！
酒店說免費提供早餐，7-9:30am 都是簡單的方塊麵包和熱咖啡/牛油粒/果尖, 但麵包的器具，放滿都只是8片；
昨/今2天早上都有去吃早餐，看到情景很尷尬，酒店既然說註明提供免費早餐，麵包又不值錢，為什麼只放八片，要讓旅客去提醒，這位姐姐的臉色樣子心不甘情不願,不開心的來補充麵包和牛油/果醬都只是幾粒，這種體驗很不好！我見到的住客，都是本地日本人，希望酒店應該改進，如果不甘願提供早餐，就不如說沒有提供就算吧！

麻雀雖小五臟俱全，在主要幹道旁所以蠻好找，可以寄放行李對於獨自一人的旅人真的很方便；整體來說乾淨、安靜，而且打開窗簾可以遠遠看到海，這位置不錯，下次再去熱海旅遊，會願意再次入住。
