ข้อเสียของรร.คือ
1.ไม่มีจุดจอดรถของรร. แต่มีลานจอดรถต้องวนรถไปจอดที่ลาน ซึ่งตรงนี้มีสิ่งชดเชยคือหน้ารร.มีช่องจอด3ช่องไว้ให้วนมาลงของ-รับของได้ อีกทั้งที่ลานจอดจะระบุหมายเลขไว้ซึ่งตรงกับห้องพักของเรา ส่วนนี้คิดว่าดีมากทำให้ไม่วุ่นวายเรื่องการแย่งที่จอด
2. ไม่มีมีโกนหนวด ใครจะไปอย่าลืมพกไป
3. ไม่มีพนักงานจริงๆ การติดต่อพนักงาน, เช็คอินจะดำเนินการผ่าน tablet และถ้ามีปัญหาคือ video call กับพนักงานผ่าน tablet อาจจะไม่สะดวกนิดนึง
ส่วนข้อดีคือ
1. ห้องใหญ่ดี แถมค่อนข้างเงียบแขกน้อย เพราะชั้นนึงมีห้องแค่ 5 ห้องจึงคนไม่เยอะไม่วุ่นวาย ห้องค่อนข้างเงียบดี
2. มี free drink และขนมลูกอมไอติมให้ไปกินได้ฟรี
3. ไม่ใช้คีย์การ์ด,กุญแจ ใช้การกดรหัสไม่ต้องห่วงเรื่องลืมพกกุญแจ ซึ่งเค้าจะแจ้งรายละเอียดการพักมาให้ในอีเมลล์น่าจะวันสองวันก่อนเข้าพัก อย่าลืมเช็คด้วย
4. เพราะแขกน้อยทำให้คนมาใช้ออนเซ็นน้อย แทบจะเป็นไพรเวทออนเซ็นได้เลย
5. รร.ใหม่สะอาดพวกสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจึงค่อนข้างใหม่และทันสมัย

The entrance gate doesn’t open until someone walks closer. This was not explicitly written anywhere so we got stuck and tried to figure out for quite some time.
The kitchen staff was not able to guide us as well as there is no front.
The first impression is very bad.
We had another reservation through Rakuten travel as we didn’t know that we need to add a comment to the reservation, we didn’t receive any pre checkin information. The bell at the front door doesn’t connect to anyone to answer as we tried several times when fail with the key.
Very bad experience with only kitchen staff.
Saved money and time for the company and wasted our time to complete checkin.
It’s really bad to let traveller assume this bad experience when the company should provide a smooth checkin service.
Plus, the women from the tablet had very bad attitude. Even deliberately let us wait when after the first time she dropped the phone line.
She pretended she doesn’t speak good Chinese but I believe she is a native. This is another bad part. Not just attitude, as a staff this is definitely bad training from the company.

The hotel has great location and it’s very new and spacious. We stayed on the day of fireworks and we can see the fireworks closely in the balcony. However, there is no front reception and no luggage storage before and after check in.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Self-service check-in was troublesome and required remote verification, which was quite troublesome. The hotel can do coin laundry, and it would be better if they could help change coins.
