El TV nunca funcionó el servicio de cable, el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente y hace pésimo ruido el botones le intento arreglar con un codazo, el baño oscuro, el clóset casi se nos viene encima, los amenities en estadías anteriores fueron mejores HAB 323. Creo hay falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. En el gym la caminadora está defectuosa así como los juegos de mesa. La recepción en check in y check out fría e impersonal no la calidez acostumbrada. A señalar el servicio de restaurant, bar y la piscina excelentes. A resaltar el Sr Jeferson q actuó como mesero en esa área muy profesional. Soy huésped frecuente el hotel no lo vi bien en infraestructura y calidez de su personal es una lástima pues siempre hasta ahora ha sido nuestra primera elección.

Hay un excelente cuidado de las instalaciones, el hotel no se ve deteriorado con el pasar del tiempo. Ya he ido en 3 ocasiones y creo que es de lo mejor en Atacames. El trato es cordial, el personal muy atento a todas las necesidades. Incluso es pet friendly y en mi última estadía pude ir con mi mascota sin inconvenientes. Lo que quiero felicitar definitivamente es la comida, tanto el desayuno buffet como los platos a la carta, son verdaderas delicias.

En cuanto a las habitaciones familiares también sería posible mejorar con minirefrigeradores.. porque cuando fui con mis niños teníamos q bajar a comprar en repetidas ocasiones solo x algo refrescante.. por la falta de minirefris.. Gracias

Es un lugar muy cómodo y tiene un ambiente increíble donde se la pasa verdaderamente bien, relajado sobre si vas con tu familia de seguro la pasarán bien y querrán volver otra vez. Incluso las demás personas son chéveres tienen buena vibra sin duda de los mejores lugares para descansar

La verdad comparando precio con calidad de servicio no compensa. La habitación, específicamente la cama nada conformable, muy dura, malo el wifi, el desayuno buffet no tiene variedad, los juegos de alrededor de la piscina deteriorados. Y lo que MÁS PESA es la decepción por el trato discriminatorio con los niños.

El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos. La atención es muy buena, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo. Particularmente me ayudaron con un check in temprano. Las habitaciones muy cómodas e impecables. Cama y almohadas excelentes. El servicio de calidad, la comida, los licores. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca todos, en plena línea de playa, muy seguro. Espero regresar nuevamente porque la experiencia fue increíble.

Bad internet, no TV channels, no Netflix. It is annoying to ask the reception every time we want to watch Netflix. Bad services, odor extractor does not work and when we asked reception they said they were disabled. And the rooms are like a street hotel. It was the best hotel in Atacames, now it is no longer, everything is in decline. I'm probably not going back
