The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

One of the best hotels in Central Asia, it has been open for five or six years but it doesn't look old, it looks like it has only been open for one or two years. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with some small details of Kazakh ethnic flavor. Not a bad hotel for a reasonable price. Convenient location, not too far from the center, you can walk there, there is a magnum nearby and many food outlets for every taste. The furniture is worn out, but overall the hotel is clean and the staff is hospitable. I recommend!
