The room is OK, but a little off

The room is large and convenient. There were children next door who were a bit noisy during our stay. The breakfast was average and the waiter was very friendly.

Хороший отель. Отличный, отзывчивый, внимательный персонал. Номерной фонд немного устал, необходимо освежить. Слабая и/или не совсем исправная система кондиционирования. Удобное СПА. В целом отдых понравился. Регулярно останавливаюсь в данном отеле.

Ho soggiornato al Kazzhol Hotel ad Astana e devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza. Lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile fin dal check-in. La camera era pulita, comoda e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Cosa mi è piaciuto di più: • Persone cordiali • Stanza ampia e confortevole • Tutto molto pulito • Ottima posizione per muoversi in città In poche parole: Un hotel dove tornerò volentieri se passerò di nuovo da queste parti. Lo consiglio!
