budget option, good p/p ratio, they gave me a room on 10th floor

I am staying at the hotel for the second time during my vacation, I am happy, thanks to the tripcom status they upgraded the room category

The service attitude is good. After communication, we agreed to delay check-out. The room facilities are old, many equipment cannot be used, the breakfast is average, but you can eat enough, and the room is well heated.

Not a bad hotel for a reasonable price. Convenient location, not too far from the center, you can walk there, there is a magnum nearby and many food outlets for every taste. The furniture is worn out, but overall the hotel is clean and the staff is hospitable. I recommend!

The hotel is in a good location, about 4 kilometers from the railway station, referring to the old railway station in the north, and about 11 kilometers from the new railway station in the east. Hotels in Astana are still very expensive, and this hotel has good price, service and location.
