The Veil Hotel lives up to its name. The dimly lit rooms feel shrouded in a veil.
Advertised as a suite, it's actually just an ordinary room – very ordinary indeed. No swimming pool, no gym, and the elevator broke down 2-3 times, causing great anxiety. The front desk staff showed no service awareness. I highly do not recommend this place.
Breakfast，The staff's English proficiency is very poor, making communication difficult.
The room design clearly had no experience—terrible job! So many pointless features, like twelve light switches scattered around the entire room. With so many interconnected switches, turning off the lights before bed becomes a frustrating challenge, wasting time as you fumble around trying each one.

酒店造型很有特色，距離河邊不遠，沿着橋走到對面，河邊的風景也很不錯
房間的佈局也和大部分酒店不太一樣
公區是極簡風格，牆面做了水波紋的造型
入住送了賀卡和點心，早餐是點餐形式

The hotel has a strong sense of design and looks very beautiful from the outside. The room facilities are really average, at most the level of Atour. The restaurant claims to be the best in Astana, but as soon as I sat down and spoke a few words in English, I was racially profiled by the customer next to me. It was funny and outrageous. But the service from the front desk to the restaurant is great, thumbs up
