Jelsomino Boutique Hotel

Hello, I had the opportunity to visit the boutique hotel jelsomino. I booked a room two weeks before arrival. Upon arrival, we were checked in and to say that we were horrified by what we saw is to say nothing. Check-in is at 14:00, we arrived at 16:20 and they did not have time to prepare the room, since there was only one maid!! Judging by the photos and reviews, the hotel is good-looking, comfortable, the service is polite. Let me remind you that this is a four-star hotel!! In fact, we received dirty towels, dirty sheets and a lack of bathroom accessories. (toothbrush, robes, toilet paper, tea, coffee). We immediately contacted the reception to resolve this issue peacefully, to which the hotel cleaning service, foaming at the mouth, proved to us that everything was clean, they changed everything, we show them the dirt and stains on the towels, in addition, they did not have time to dry and were damp!! This is not enough for them, everything is clean, it's just that these stains cannot be washed off. Excuse me, but how can I know that these stains specifically cannot be washed off? To this question I was rudely told "the conversation is over". Rudeness and nothing more. Our "fun" days at the hotel did not end there... By coincidence, breakfast at the hotel was cancelled, but they forgot to tell us about it, when we came for breakfast in the morning they turned us away with the words "didn't they warn you?" They did not return the money, the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, there is no bottled water. The windows do not open, the room is not ventilated. The landline phone does not work! The hotel needs repairs, everything is dirty.
