Начнём с того, что в отеле- ремонт!!! Никто об этом не предупреждал! Хотя было подтверждение бронирования со стороны отеля. Это а) пыль и грязь, б) скажем так мягко - неудобства и посторонние звуки. Тарифы продают с завтраками, по факту и утверждению администратора - никаких завтраков нет уже лет 5!!! При этом ни извините, ничего! Это напутал сайт сказали нам, вы там сами разбирайтесь!!!😡😡😡😡 сайт, вы поняли, путает уже лет 5 как раз. Позвоните, говорит, по номеру, который указан на странице и решайте. ну просто жесть! Кровать в номере частично сломана, скрипит как несмазанная телега. В номере из чистого только белье. Остальное - сильно нет. На потолке - огромное пятно от потопа. Санузел крайне маленький.
Из относительных плюсов - только месторасположение.
Деньги отказались возвращать нам, была полная предоплата. Номер отказались менять, типо полный. Подумаешь, нет завтраков, есть ремонт, нет ни то что клиентоориентированности, а даже уважения к гостю и попытки как-то компенсировать ситуацию.
Могут быть разные проблемы и ситуации и даже, бл.., ремонт! Но когда откровенно наеб...ют и не пытаются улучшить впечатление - это вызывает шквал негодования.
К вам в гости никто не напрашивается, хотят получить услугу, за которую вы берете ОПЛАТУ. А значит хотя бы стараться чуть соответствовать надо бы.
Без уважения к вам (как и вы к нам), ваши бывшие (и больше никогда) гости.

Room was fine, but didn't have a safe (which was advertised to have).
The WiFi was decent.
Unfortunately bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there isn't much sound proofing between walls and so can hear people talking and moving around.

I stayed in the property for two days only and I liked its location. It was within walking distance from the centre and the cost was right for the convenience. The owner cared too much for the safety of the room and its furniture. There were messages with fees and the table was covered with oilcloth. The carpet was not clean enough.
The property does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not available even for extra payment. On the other hand, there are many restaurants around.
