Advantages: There are many shopping malls within 3 kilometers, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite.
Disadvantages: The room has a bathtub, and it is a bit inconvenient to take a shower. The breakfast is very ordinary and not as good as eating directly in the supermarket. The mattress and pillow are OK, but the bed legs are a bit crooked.

This hotel is clearly past its prime. While the location is excellent and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, unfortunately, these are the few positive aspects. The rooms - whether a standard room or a suite (we experienced both) - are noticeably worn and tired. The Wi-Fi was barely functional, with the connection dropping every couple of minutes, making it impossible to get any work done. Storage space is inadequate, and much of the equipment, such as the tea pots, appears outdated and long overdue for replacement. Breakfast was particularly disappointing - so much so that we chose to eat elsewhere, as the hotel’s offering was simply subpar. What makes this even more frustrating is the genuinely good personnel, who clearly do their best despite these shortcomings. However, a hotel cannot thrive on friendly staff alone, and significant improvements are needed to bring this property back to a competitive standard.
