Budget hotel near embassies, for 1-2 days it's quite ok. The room has slippers, hairdryer, TV, kettle - everything worked. There are buses nearby, to the center 15 minutes, about an hour's walk. There is a cafe and a bathhouse. In general, if you are going to sleep in the room only, and not hang around there all day, then it's ok.
