The room is very big~ but the furniture and design are in the simple European style. Maybe it's because the hotel is older. There is a musty smell in the corridor. The restaurant is well decorated, bright and clean, and the food is mainly bread, salad and fruits.
I also want to share something. Because I checked in that night, a lady knocked on the door not long after. She spoke neither Chinese nor English. I didn’t understand her and didn’t dare to open the door at all. It’s better to be cautious when going out.

Фотографии и комнаты в Отеле не соответствуют ! Грязь и капая-то унылая нищета ! Никогда не бронируйте этот отель ! Бронировала руководителю , у него было вручение государственной награды в Астане ! Он был просто в шоке от увиденного в отеле ! Ничего общего с фото отеля!

Old fashioned hotel in center of Astana. Not a real 4 star hotel, needs to be renowed. There was not hot water during 5 days stay! The rooms are outdated and dirty. The breakfest on top of the hotel is mediocare. The spa is in different building.

Отель соответствует категории 2 звезд, в номере, как и во всем отеле много не отремонтированного ( отель в плачевном состоянии), наверное лет десять не было даже косметического ремонта, вид и состояние ужасное. Единственное преимущество удобное расположение. Не советую никому.
