I wanted to rest in Nursultan for 10-12 hours between an early arriving train and a plane departing in the late afternoon, I booked this hotel. In the comments, he indicated that I would have an early check-in (its possibility was registered on Ostrovka). And what would you think? At 6 am I arrive at the hotel and it turns out that the staff completely ignored my comment, and I can only check in from 2 pm (do I need it if I have to leave in an hour or two?). Moral: if you arrive with an early check-in - kick the slovenly staff on the phone! but they don't scratch themselves :(
