Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

Добрый день!!! Отдыхаем в данном отеле третий раз за год. Всё хорошо, но сервис иногда страдает. Каждый раз бронируем номер на двоих и каждый раз в номере только один халат, одна зубная щетка и косметический набор, одни тапочки и один стакан. Каждый раз просим принести второй комплект. В этот раз дважды попросили второй стакан, но так его и не получили + при уборке номера, горничная забирала мусор и меняла полотенца, хотя мы об этом не просили (не оставляли полотенца на полу), но не застилала постель. Завтраки вкусные, персонал вежливый, в номерах чисто.

Normal hotel, well located.
Value for money - overpriced in my opinion.
Decent breakfast. Clean linen and towels, soft and smell good.
Cons - cleaning:
1) Beds are not made
2) The soap dispenser in the bathroom is very inconvenient, there are always drops of soap on the floor. After cleaning - drops remained. So no one washed the floor.
3) There is no screen or curtain in the bathroom - all the water is on the floor.
4) The mattresses are uncomfortable, the bed is sagging.
