Замечательный отель за оочень приемлемую цену. Абсолютно никаких нареканий. Единственный минус - далековато от всех знаковых мест, но учитывая низкие цены на такси в Астане, и это не проблема. Отличный спа и очень профессиональная массажистка, тайка, по имени Су. Цены в спа и ресторане вообще не завышены, как обычно в отелях, Номера чистые, убирают ежедневно, все принадлежности в наличии до зубных щеток и тапочек, халат по запросу, мягкий чистый ковролит, в коридорах гладилка и диспенсер с водой, хотя воду ежедневно приносят в номер. Спасибо девочкам с ресепшн, очень приветливые. И повару спасибо за совершенно замечательные тончайшие блинчики и вкусные кексы на завтрак и отличные салаты. Если буду в Астане еще, обязательно выберу именно Миротель. И сама Астана оствила только положительные впкчатления.

É novo e tudo cheira a novo e tem ar de novo. Está bem localizado para quem pretende ficar perto das atrações da margem esquerda do rio. O problema maior são os funcionários que não entendem uma palavra de inglês. Os quartos são excelentes. O pequeno almoço bem razoável. A decoração com alguns motivos bem kitsch.

Бронировал Mirotel напрямую по WhatsApp без посредников с завтраками. Оплата на месте по прибытию казахской картой. Отель новый 2022г. Завтрак континентальный. Чай, кофе, каша, салаты, сыры, блины, яйца, булочки сладкие, вкусности разные с мясом и без...etc. Молотый кофе в баре. Обед\ужин по меню можно заказать. Номер чистый, уютный, без запахов. Чашки\ложки(металлические), чай\кофе\вода, фужеры всё есть. Вода также в кулере у лифта. Кровать отличная, бельё белоснежное, подушки новые\удобные. Халаты\тапочки предоставят по вашей просьбе. Санузел чистый, без плесени\запахов. Душ\умывальник, ГВС\ХВС всё работает. Мыло\гель\шампунь\ватн.палочки\пилки...etc в наличии. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и приветливый. На просьбы\помощь реагируют адекватно. Собрали нам ланч - бокс к раннему вылету в Москву. Большое спасибо и благодарность от гостей(№ 211). Приезжали в Посольство США. Из отеля до Посольства 8-10 мин пешком. Мы на такси ездили(холодно и ветер в Астане), 100-200 руб. Отель однозначно рекомендую.
