We chose this hotel because of many great reviews about friendly staff, clean and neat rooms and tasty food on breakfasts and dinners. The staff is wonderful. Especially Ainur!!! The location is great. We recommend this wonderful hotel for everyone to stay both for leisure and for work

Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.

The first St. Regis hotel in Central Asia. Overall very good! Great room service, the room decoration is very high-end, and all the equipment in the room, such as the electric towel rack, are very convenient. The bed is really comfortable and you can't feel any shaking when you turn around.

Totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Considering the price, its location is perfect, just some walks away from the key landmarks in Astana, like the tent mall. Very safe location as well, even as I was walking after sun down. The bed & room was comfortable enough. I’d like kudos to the male receptionist when I checked in on the 21st, very friendly & even provided me with shopping tips on where to get the stuff I wanted & needed in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in town

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

We stayed for two nights. In general it’s a positive experience The location is good. It’s very close to major attractions and there are plenty of restaurants around We also like their breakfast. They have pretty good selection. Room is standard and not much to highlight. The wall is a bit thin. Someone on our floor snoozed the alarm for an hour and we were awaken by it in the early morning

I had intended to spend four nights at this hotel. However, I checked out after only two nights, as I had trouble sleeping due to club music coming from the hotel and/or surrounding area. I stayed in rooms 1107 & 1605. I didn't want to checkout, as the hotel, on every level, was excellent, specific to staff, service, room quality, gym, spa (I had one treatment), club lounge, and food. I would have rated the hotel 5 stars without hesitation, but, I lowered my rating because of the noise. If you're not bothered by such noise nuances, stay at this hotel!

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.
