Small but really functional rooms. Various supports x put your own things. Excellent cleaning. Topper's presence on the floor. Excellent breakfast and varied. Fantastic location two steps from the basilica of San Francisco and 5 minutes from the center. The owner is very kind and willing to answer all questions.

Reduce dal pellegrinaggio sulla “Via di Francesco” ho soggiornato per 2 notti presso l’Hotel Pallotta approfittando della trattoria per la cena. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno in Hotel le piccole ed accoglienti camere sono ben curate e pulite, il bagno purtroppo è molto piccolo e poco pratico a causa della doccia a vista che bagna tutto. Bella la vista dalla mia finestra, per quanto ai rumori essendo una struttura vecchia affacciata su vie molto frequentate, non si può pretendere, sia per gli interni che gli esterni. Buona la colazione ed il servizio annesso, (merenda e caffe a disposizione tutto il giorno). Ci tornerei.

From the Hotel to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi it is approximately 15' of a ”good” climb on foot (but the view is incredible, along with the olive tree plantations), but soon after we are practically inside the Basilica, and From there, just explore the city of Assis. Friendly reception, OK room (no luxury), served us very well (warm and quiet). Simple but delicious breakfast. Free parking and the Hotel has a restaurant that opens at night, we didn't use it, but it was full. (*) If you can, buy the olive oil sold at the Hotel at a cost of €8, it is available for tasting (Breakfast table).

I loved my stay here. Yes, the rooms are more spartan than a typical ”hotel,” but that's what I expected for the price! There was even a heavy blanket inside the closet, which I appreciated as someone who is often cold at nighttime. I was greeted very warmly by reception, my room was just what I wanted and had a beautiful view over both the valley and the buildings of Assisi rising up the hillside. Breakfast was very pleasant (good simple variety with different breads, yogurt, cereal, caffe lattes, juice, milk), I enjoyed the assigned seats which allowed me to have a wonderful conversation with a woman also staying there. Will definitely return the next time I am lucky enough to come back to Assisi!

Fue mi primera vez en la hermosa ciudad de Asis. El hotel estuvo muy bien durante toda la estadía. La habitación y baño muy cómodos y limpios. Mi familia y yo no tuvimos ninguna queja durante el hospedaje. Nuestro alojamiento incluía desayuno bufete, el mismo que fue muy variado y bueno a excepción de los huevos cocidos que estaban a temperatura nevera. Nos quedamos 5 días, sin ninguna queja pues todo se encontraba bien. La historia cambió el último día. Debíamos salir muy temprano del hotel pues debíamos continuar nuestro viaje a otra localidad. Yo me encontraba desayunando en el comedor, cuando me di cuenta que estaba sobre la hora, y que no alcanzaría a terminar los productos que me había servido. Entonces decidí envolver uno de mis panes en una servilleta para comerlo en el bus que me llevaría a mi próximo destino. En ese momento fui abordada por la señora que servía los cafés, quien me llamó la atención de una forma displicente y hasta descortés, como que yo estuviera robando algo. Cuando en realidad se trataba de un pan por el que yo había pagado al incluir el desayuno en la tarifa escogida. Fue lo único que me decepcionó de este hotel y me hizo cambiar la buena experiencia que había tenido. Por ello, he bajado la calificación del hotel. Creo que deberían cuidar el trato a los huéspedes y consultar antes de reaccionar de esa forma tan grosera. Así como he dejado mi opinión negativa respecto al trato de una persona, debo también destacar la atención de un chico jovencito que estaba en el counter del lobby del hotel. Lamentablemente, no recuerdo su nombre, pero me comentó que uno de sus padres era italiano y el otro extranjero. El servicio y actitud de este chico hizo la diferencia en este hotel, por ello considero que amerita reconocerlo.

I was convinced of friends I went with my wife to spend two nights in this completely renovated hotel with double room, heating, bathroom with new bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar and safe. With new lift and buffet breakfast included. Parking close to € 7/night. Period 7/9 January 2023. Booking with ***********. I already know very well Assi but the annual visit I always do it. In the Christmas period the city is full of lights and colors. Satisfaction. However, the Council is a less crowded period to enjoy the spirituality emanating from this beautiful bourg.

Great location at the end of the city, swimming pool with view of the landscape small rooms, but comfortable bathing very good restaurant: OK, drinks expensive
