Lovely quiet location. Beutiful views and rooms. Slightly out of the way so taxis cost to be factored into budget. Some lovely cafes in the village nearby. Family run accomodation - all lovely and attentive staff. The views from the pool are amazing and the gardens surrounding exquisite. Great choice if looking for a restful stay.

We stayed with our family in this beautiful property near Assisi. Everything was great, excellent cleanliness, ok location, very quiet in the countryside, high quality breakfast, kind and welcoming owners. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery, far from the chaos and with a spectacular view of Assisi. Beautiful, tidy, clean and well-kept structure with a large rose garden, very suggestive green spaces and a beautiful swimming pool. Comfortable, spacious and very quiet rooms. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast. The owner puts you at ease and welcomes you warmly and follows you throughout your stay for your needs. Absolutely promoted.

Non era la stagione delle rose ma …. Il giardino segreto ha portato la mia immaginazione su un’altra dimensione, immersa nel percorso del giardino contemplavo la magnifica natura che a novembre, con i colori autunnali, mi ha riportato a terra nella stagione in cui siamo.
