This B&B was just delightful! The owners could not have been nicer and the breakfasts could not have been more delicious. The wife of the couple does all the baking so everything was so yummy! They were both very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and things to see and do. Our room was light and airy with a great view down to all the Centromaggio activities and people going up and down this busy street. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience at beautiful boutique hotel. Walking distance to everything with its location in central Assisi. The hotel was renovated recently and the modern meets the classical architecture beautifully. It is family owned and operated and the service was fantastic. We felt so welcome and would love to come back and visit again.

Going to Assisi? Stay here!!
Portica 10 is amazing!! The husband and wife who own this beautiful property are wonderful in every way. The little details they have put into every corner as well as into the breakfast are lovely. We truly enjoyed every minute we spent there and highly recommend that you stay here. It is in the heart of the oldest part of Assisi, centrally located to all of the important sites, but all of the amenities in Portica 10 are modern. I really cannot say enough great things about this property.

We stayed at Portica 10 for 6 nights , the end of January-beginning of February. Carmine and Lea were perfect hosts. Their establishment is centrally located in Assisi. Walkable to many sites, including the Basilica of San Francesco, the Basilica of San Chiara, San Damiano, the Sanctuary of the Spoliation, Santa Maria Maggiore (Blessed Carlo Acutis final resting place), and various locations attributed to San Francesco throughout Assisi. It is also a convenient location to visit nearby towns, such as Spello, Spoleto,!snd Deruta(only for the ceramics). The restaurants are wonderful and abundant in Assisi. The BNB is very modern, having been renovated a few years ago. The breakfast is wonderful, also accommodating a gluten free breakfast. Lea is a terrific baker and had lots of selection each morning, plus cooked to order eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, breads and delicious coffee. You will start your day very satisfied! We are so happy to have found Portica 10!

Everything about Portica10 was PERFECT! Carmine and his wife were wonderful, gracious hosts and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Sadly, we were only there for one night, and we’ve decided that we will definitely return for at least 4-5 days, and we’ll DEFINITELY book our stay at Portica10. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Carmine and his wife purchased this home several years ago and, with the help of his wife’s father, renovated it into a modern, high tech, beautifully appointed B&B that eclipsed any we’ve ever experienced before. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and even included homemade (yes, homemade) pastries, cookies and jam along with a host of other offerings. There is even a rooftop terrace at Portico10 on which you can behold the day and nighttime beauty of the city. Perfection all around! If you are looking for a centrally located, amazing and memorable place to stay during your visit to Assisi, Portico10 is for you!!
