Un posto nascosto dal centro di Assisi. Con insegna che non si capisce se è uno stello, un hotel o un R&B . Con struttura non modernizzata, stile fine anni 60/ primi anni 70. Con stanze, piccole e strette. Colazione non male . Costo giusto visto la struttura.

Struttura centralissima molto comoda per girare la città. Staff super disponibile. Ottimo anche il ristorante adiacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Migliorabile l’insonorizzazione delle stanze. Camere un po’ vecchie ma molto pulite. Ottima per brevi soggiorni

Posizione eccezionale e camera super riacaldata. Le cose positive finiscono qui. Più di 100 euro a notte per stare in una soffitta con scurini parzialmente rotti. Conseguentemente luce a vista tutta la notte. Assenza di un mobiletto per la roba. Un impresa salire nella stanza con i bagagli (la porta si apriva sull ultimo gradino) bagno discreto anche se cadevano pezzi di intonato sulla doccia

È una soluzione economica per chi ha bisogno di un letto ed un bagno senza troppe pretese.... Ma resta il fatto che puoi offrire tutto questo con un minimo di attenzione e cura in più. Basterebbe una mano di bianco ai muri, un bagno un po' più curato e qualche accorgimento base. Lo sciacquone dentro la doccia? Quello mi ha fatto ridere, lo ammetto! Come la maniglia della porta del bagno... Ma si può?!? Ripeto, peccato perché basta davvero poco..... Altra nota dolente: NON ESISTE PRIVACY sappiatelo: i muri interni sono di carta velina e si possono sentire i respiri dei vicini.... Non vi dico poi gli scarichi del wc...

Hotel essenziale nella struttura, nella dotazione e negli spazi. Ma il ristorante vale tutta la visita, è di un livello spaziale! Non solo cortesi (come anche la signora che gestisce l'hotel) ma con una cucina eccezionale e un vino rosso al calice che accompagna perfettamente i piatti di terra. Abbiamo mangiato dei tagliolini alla carbonara di quaglia con tartufo che sono un'esperienza sensoriale!

Camere piccolissime il bagno ancora più piccolo niente bidet, la Pucci del vater è all’interno della doccia. Nota positiva è che si trova in posizione strategica al ristornate si mangia bene. Ma la cosa migliore è la signora Lucia fa tutto lei dalle camere alla colazione ma la cosa migliore è la sua gentilezza e conoscenza della storia ci ha raccontato molte cose e ci ha spiegato cosa vedere in che ordine.

Positive note: clean room and bathroom, location in the center of Assisi. Negative note: the bathroom was not equipped with a tray or shower cubicle, so when you take a shower, the whole bathroom inevitably gets wet. But this is the best evil!!! The double bed was made up of two very uncomfortable and probably worn single mattresses as both were "broken in" so we all slept crookedly. In the morning we had a lot of back pain! In the morning I highlighted this to the lady but she remained totally indifferent! The mattress has a "plastic" mattress cover which keeps it very warm and makes a crazy noise every time you change position. The walls of the room were a "cemetery" of mosquitoes, with many small blood stains due to previous "fights against mosquitoes". The window is not equipped with a mosquito net. The walls are thin, so noises from other rooms can be heard. The breakfast was not exciting: medium-low quality. I do not recommend the structure
