Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. The location was close to perfect if you have a car. Easy drive to Assisi and good day trips in the surrounding area (Spello, etc.).

It doesn’t get better than Giotto Country House!
Perfect Location. Excellent room and very clean. Breakfast includes your personal egg dish order. The owner is personable and professional. The pool is an newer to your prayers on a hot Italian day.
We will stay again and we will entice our friends to stay with our Assisi stories.

Siamo stati li in uno degli appartamenti. La struttura é bella ma poco curata, erba incolta e poco illuminata di notte ( lampadine bruciate), le camere sono accoglienti , ma strapiene di insetti e scarafaggi. Le pulizie giornaliere sono fatte in modo molto superficiale, e i pavimenti sono veramente sporchi. (I calzini bianchi di mio figlio che ha camminato scalzo nell'appartamento li ho lasciati li). Il personale é molto educato e la colazione è buona.

Se cerchi la pace questo è il posto giusto, immersa nel verde ai piedi di assisi, fin da subito verrai accolto con enorme professionalità e dolcezza dalla signora Angela, pulizia e prodotti di alta qualitá nelle camere, inoltre l’accoglienza della signora Mara ti fa sentire fin da subito a casa il suo modo di gestire le colazioni è impeccabile non ti fa mancare nulla e si preoccupa di ogni esigenza.

Very suggestive location at the foot of Assisi (5 min from parking). Large room equipped with air conditioners. Very comfortable swimming pool and adjacent space. excellent quality and plentiful breakfast. for the staff: the cleanliness of the room is certainly sufficient but we suggest greater attention to detail
