Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

Awesome hotel and services, it is at par to a 5 star. Thanks to Krishna at the reception for a swift check out as I had a flight to catch early morning. Also, they let me check-in by 11am as I requested. The staff at the front desk and the bell boys were extremely welcoming with their greetings all the time. The food was too good, maybe a bit pricey but their food quantity and quality is well up to the mark. Someone came every day in the evening to give fresh complimentary sweets from the bakery which was so generous of them. Will keep coming here most definitely, the room interiors and toiletries and house keeping and food every little thing was taken care of wonderfully. I never really write such long reviews ever but this hotel really left that mark on me. Thanks to entire team !

A delightful and wonderful hotel in Guwahati, Assam. I had considered a number of hotels before I decided on Greenwood Guwahati and this one is excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable with all the conveniences. The restaurant served great food under the fantastic Chef Sandeep. The check in and check out process was great with convenient airport transfers each way. The hotel in itself is beautiful and much care and attention has been given to the interior decor in the rooms as well as the Jholoe Kiya restaurant. A special mention to the following staff who went the extra mile to make my stay a wonderful one: Mr Subasish, Mr Joy, Jitenshu, Futu, Deborah Hmer (best housekeeping staff member!), Prakash, Priya, Simran and Akib Javed. Thank you for a memorable stay! ️

Very accommodative staff! Clean and a lot if thought given to small things to make your stay comfortable. Food was excellent with customisation as well . Highly recommended! Relatively closer to the airport avoiding the central city traffic!!

Excellent service with all modern facilities. Very comfortable rooms with amazing food. All the staffs from reception, dining, housekeeping, security, etc are well behaved and helpful. Even it’s location is great, easily reachable to city and airport as well.

The property is new and the room is well equipped with amenities required for business travelers. It's a bit small compared to the amount charged and the in room dining menu is very limited. Also, they don't have a list of nos to dial for in room services. Rest everything is good

I had the pleasure of staying at the greenwood hotel recently, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience! the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness is truly commendable. Special mention to dip u singh, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to help made all the difference.
