Un hôtel qui vaut la visite
Un hôtel on y va pour visiter mais il y a aussi des hotte les qui se visitent. Le Pico Velasco fait partie de ceux là. Imaginez une structure moderne enchâssée dans une ancienne habitation et vous avé le Pico Velasco et son architecture unique. Ajoutez y un sublime petit déjeuner et vous avez une expérience hors du temps à quelques kilomètres de Limpias.

Restaurante desanjelado y frio. El menu es imposible de degustar y disfrutar por la excesiva demora entre y plato y plato. Espera injustificada cuando no hay carta. Solo dos elecciones de menu, basicamente iguales y con reserva. Increible que no se tengan medidos los tiempos en cocina.

Bellissima sorpresa. Selezionato per caso su google Maps. Location bellissima, ristrutturazione che abbina storia, tradizione e modernità. Camere molto confortevoli e con arredo sobrio e moderno. Bella Terrazza per aperitivo o cena veloce affacciata sulle colline, con il profumo di erba appena tagliata, il bestiame al pascolo. Atmosfera bucolica. Cenato al ristorante sottostante assaporando le creazioni dello chef Ignacio Solana. 13 portate, 13 sorprese per palato e occhi servite con professionalità e gentilezza da due giovani cameriere. Buon vino. Bella esperienza ad un ottimo prezzo. Consigliatissimo

Heredero del Restaurante Solana. Producto local de excelente calidad, cocinado de manera precisa. El entorno es espectacular, con unas vistas de las marismas que transmite calma y un edificio restaurado que conserva los vestigios de una antigua casa solariega. Oiremos hablar de este lugar en un futuro cercano.

Fuimos recomendados por unos amigos y la experiencia ha sido mejor de lo que esperábamos. Desde que llegamos, nos sorprendió la excelente localización del restaurante y la rompedora remodelación, que sin duda no deja indiferente. Ya dentro, la orientación del salón, de frente a la desembocadura del río Asón (ría de Limpias) y la tranquilidad de la sala, así como la cuidada atención, nos hicieron sospechar que la experiencia seria muy grata. Nos decantamos por el menú Alboar porque veníamos de tomar el vermú en Santoña y no teníamos mucha hambre, pero a pesar de ser el menú corto, es contundente. La calidad de la materia prima, lo equilibradas que están todas las opciones que sirven, la delicada presentación y lo delicioso que esta todo, acompañado de las vistas y la tranquilidad de la sala, hacen que la experiencia sea muy grata. Si tuviera que destacar un pero, seria que los tés servidos y los azucarillos eran de sobre, un detalle que pega poco con lo cuidada que tienen la imagen de todo.
