The hotel & staff are wonderful! The view is amazing! But, we could not open the door to our room 2/3 of the time. The key lock needs to go keyless!

Das erste Mal im Eden Roc und überrascht, dass es in Europa noch Hotels gibt, wo man sich sofort gut aufgehoben fühlt und nur auf freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal trifft. Die Außenanlagen (Pools)sind in einem perfekten Zustand, der Service Bestens. Getränke- und Speisenservice auch im Bereich der Pools stets greifbar, Bedienung innerhalb Minuten. Überall im Hotelbereich Top Sitzgelegenheiten, egal ob Innen oder Außen. Als Vielreisende in Europas Luxushotels setzen wir das Eden Roc Ascona ganz an die Spitze.

An absolutely stunning position on the magnificent lake in Ascona. The property is beautifully maintained with wonderful amenities, spa, pools, lakeside swimming, steam room and saunas and many beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to gather or sit alone gazing out to the wonder of nature. The service was exceptional (loved Lina) and the rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. We loved the organic body products - so critical in these toxic times. The breakfast was good. We would have liked more organic and gluten-free options and super foods. La Brezza restaurant is a stand out experience (see separate review). Overall, it's expensive but you only live once!

I celebrated my birthday at the spa. Although I retired from being a spa director for a beautiful 5-star spa, I can’t get enough of spas, so I had to visit this one. From entry to exit, my experience was outstanding. The views from the outdoor relaxation areas were amazing, creating a perfect backdrop for me to relax. So I read some, journaled some, relaxed in the thermal waters, and enjoyed the cold and hot water therapies. For my treatment, I had an amazing spa experience provided by Nicholas. The spa is beautifully designed, and every possible need appears to have been considered. This is a spa experience that I will not forget.

Everything about this magical, spectacular property in a breathtakingly beautiful place is first-rate. Every.single.thing. Spacious, designer rooms. Gorgeous, lakefront position. Fantastic, varied cuisine. Top class service. No room for improvement in any way that we could see. Bravo!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Ort im Tessin. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr zuvorkommend, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr schön und grosszügig. In den beiden Restaurants „Eden Roc“ und „Marina“ waren sehr gut.

Drei Tage im Eden Rock in Ascona haben sich angefühlt wie eine kleine Reise ans Ende der Welt an einen Ort, an dem Schönheit, Ruhe und Genuss perfekt miteinander verschmelzen. Dieses Hotel ist mehr als nur eine Unterkunft es ist ein Erlebnis, das man nie vergisst. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die liebevolle Gestaltung des Hauses, das mit seiner direkten Lage am Wasser fast wie ein elegantes Strandhotel wirkt. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und strahlen eine wunderbare Ruhe aus ein perfekter Rückzugsort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Der Service ist schlichtweg sensationell. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich willkommen und umsorgt, das gesamte Team ist hochprofessionell, aufmerksam und dabei herzlich auf eine sehr unaufdringliche Art. Jeder Wunsch wird einem förmlich von den Augen abgelesen. Kulinarisch wird man hier den ganzen Tag über verwöhnt. Ganz gleich, ob Frühstück, Lunch oder Dinner jedes Gericht war nicht nur geschmacklich ein Highlight, sondern auch mit großer Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Die verschiedenen Restaurants bieten Abwechslung auf höchstem Niveau. Ich möchte mich von Herzen bei den Gastgebern und dem gesamten Team bedanken. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den See sind toll - auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Gegend bestaunen. Das Hotel mit Gartenanlage liegt direkt am See mit Seeanstoss. Die verschiedenen Restaurants sind alle zu empfehlen, das La Brezza ist ein besonderes Gourmet-Erlebnis.
