I will not use it again. The room is dirty. When I tried to use the toilet after checking in, there was feces on the toilet bowl. In addition, yellow stains were stuck to the toilet, further directing the dirtiness. As expected, I contacted the front desk and asked them to wait in a separate room while they cleaned it again, but that room also had a toilet with excrement as a matter of course. I'm disappointed that this seems to be standard. I waited about 30 minutes after being told that the room would be completely finished, but it was still dirty except for the toilet. Not a single window was cleaned. I had no choice but to clean it myself. If you ask them to clean the room again after confirming the shortcomings, it is out of the question to ask the customer to clean it. I received an apology when I checked out. From the room to the staff, the policy is thorough in a sense. I will not use it again.

Very good hotel, although the location is relatively remote in Qiuyue Mountain, but the scenery is beautiful and very quiet. Walking outside during the day hardly sees anyone. Many locals are growing their own vegetables and seeing Chinese cabbage drying. The hotel staff does not speak Chinese and the English level is very average, but they can still communicate very well and enjoy every day. The cherry blossom room we booked has its own open-air atmosphere. It is very large, and it is no problem for four or five people to soak together. The shower was in the open air. I thought it would be cold in the outdoor shower in winter, but in fact it was too much, and it was not cold at all. We ordered a Japanese breakfast and dinner, exquisite and delicious. The separate dining room is large and the view is great. The hotel also provides afternoon tea every day with great care. The electric kettle and tea set in the room are changed every day. Stayed for a total of three nights and it was a great experience. However, if you want to go shopping, it is not recommended. The most famous Qiuyue Castle ruins are within a one-kilometer walk, which is very convenient. Tickets are about 20 RMB.

The hotel is built on a hill with superb views, and the dining is very suitable for our small appetites. The traffic almost needs a taxi, the advantage is that it is relatively clean.

The front staff's response was terrible. I stayed here for one night from December 9th. I showed a negative PCR test certificate and stayed with my 5-year-old child. At that time, I was asked for my child's ID. I used the travel discount, but it didn't say that I needed to submit ID for my child, so I didn't bring it with me. Whose travel discount? is. For the hotel? Travel expenses are for guests staying overnight. The children's travel expenses were 20,000 yen.

I can't go outside the prefecture, so I stayed one night for the convenience of visiting a grave. ”Staff greeted us as usual.” Book your regular room. Cleaning is also perfect. The fun dinner will be at the dining venue on a time system to avoid crowds. Every time I think about the dishes, the skill of the chef who makes me groan, the timing of how to serve the food, etc. It's an impressive meal every time I go. Facing the garden, you can soak in the atmosphere and enjoy dinner even when it's raining or when the stars are out. Aside from the food, the pride of this place is the tatami bath! And while gazing at the sky full of stars... an open-air bath! ! Morning bath is also good. In addition, the breakfast is rich and varied, using plenty of local ingredients. ”I come here several times a year to rest!”

This time, because it was a corona disaster, I searched for it with an indoor bath and hot spring, and decided here with a little inspiration. The surrounding area is lonely, but it feels good again or calms down ... The hall was not too elegant and calm. The atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. It's really impossible for a long time, but I think it makes you feel like that. I really liked it as a place to relieve daily stress here. Maybe it was the off-season. The time for breakfast and dinner was fixed, but there is no way. I felt like ~ with a lot of money, so next time I dropped the rank of 1 and wanted to stay in the room of 3 night 4 night only for dinner (was there?). I bought breakfast at a convenience store a little far away the day before, and there are some roadside stations a little far away in the daytime, so I wonder if it's okay to have a simple lunch ~. After lunch, go home and have a hot spring. Onsen before dinner. Hot spring before going to bed. Wake up in the morning and hot spring ... Go out a little and shop at the direct sales office of Awashimado.
