I would recommend this hotel for the facilities but overall, I would caution anyone who expects a 5-star experience. This 5-star resort earns five stars for its property and the overall range of facilities (two pools, two beaches, the Cone Club, etc.). Unfortunately, the guest relations and management is a 3-star experience, at best. Staff members who routinely interacted with guests (receptionists, hosts at restaurnats) seemed undertrained and unprofessional. The food quality is high but portion sizes are small, making menu prices disproportionately expensive. Rooms are nice but less than one would expect for a 5-star resort. Overall, I do not think this resort earns its price tag.

My stay at 7Pines Resort Sardinia was nothing short of perfection from start to finish. The resort is absolutely stunning — a peaceful, luxurious haven nestled in a breathtaking natural setting. Every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the serene poolside ambiance, reflects excellence and care. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire team — with a special mention to Hamza. From the moment we arrived, Hamza went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail, ensuring we felt completely looked after. His recommendation to visit The Cone Club for sunset dinner and drinks was spot on — the perfect way to enjoy the local charm, views & live music. Hamza’s passion for hospitality shone through in everything he did, and it’s people like him who elevate a great stay into a truly outstanding one. The entire staff mirrored this level of care, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return. Siamo tornati in famiglia al 7Pines Sardinia dopo due anni, con il desiderio di ritrovare quell’equilibrio tra eleganza, natura e accoglienza che tanto ci aveva colpiti. E il resort ha superato, ancora una volta, ogni aspettativa. We have a wonderful stay for seven nights in June this year. The location is superb and the facilities are excellent. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. In particular the breakfast team were superb. A lovely start to the morning and the quality and selection of the breakfast offering was excellent. The beach and pool areas were lovely and special mention must go to the pool manager Hamza who could not have been more friendly and attentive. We prefer to explore local restaurants so cannot comment on the on site evening dining. Prices for dining as well as wine prices seemed rather expensive but that is the only point that I would make in terms of constructive feedback. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Overall it was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is located in a very beautiful area and the weather was perfect too.

A truly first class experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces at the gate, then halfway to Reception and then at Reception by four different staff members. A quick tour around the resort in a buggy and then to our rooms for a further explanation were welcome. Staff are Exceptional and a special mention and thank you must go to the bar staff at the pool and importantly Hamza (future Hyatt CEO) who looked after us lucky he personally owed the resort.

Wir haben eine Woche Strandferien im traumhaft schönen 7Pines Resort verbracht. Grosszügige Anlage mit viel Schatten und schönen Swimmingpools. Viele junge, motivierte Mitarbeitende erfüllen alle möglichen Wünsche. Hamza (Aufseher am Pool) macht einen Super Job und steht mit Wasser und frischen Tüchern immer bereit. Auch die Empfangsdamen beim Morgenessen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit - das Buffet ist ausgiebig und qualitativ sehr gut. Das hat natürlich alles einen Preis und da muss man genau auf die Rechnung schauen. Nach dem Zwischentotal steht "Suggested Tips" von 10% und im Schlusstotal sind die dann einberechnet. So werden aus 28 Euro für zwei kleine Portionen Tiramisu Eiscreme dann fast 31 Euro - oder 66 Euro für 2 Gin Tonic! Schon etwas teuer. Sonst unbedingt ein Mietauto buchen - geht auch über die Reception - um an andere Strände oder zu alternativen Restaurants zu kommen.
