This hotel is so beautiful, their carefully manicured gardens are amazing, the view overlooking the mount Meru is fantastic especially from the rooftop. It has a great swimming pool as well as a huge terrace. There is a nice pool bar to relax while listening to soft music. Guests can walk around the coffee plantation, learn about how the coffee is processed, and the hotel has it's own organic vegetable garden. There is also an art and coffee shop where you can appreciate and buy gifts to take home. I had the opportunity to spend Christmas at Gran Meliã Arusha while on holidays. I loved the experience and their Christmas brunch was so well organised, that it went beyond my expectations. There were many families as well as tourists enjoying the day. The food was excelent, great ambience and it was gratifying to watch the families enjoying themselves. There was a lovely live band playing good music. The variety of foods and dessert was great and the service was excelent. Very friendly waiters, always ready to serve and accommodate everyone. Thank you, Gran Meliã for offering such a beautiful opportunity to enjoy Christmas while away from home. It was dfinitely worth it to chose your hotel to spend Christmas. The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast dishes are rich, and the location of the hotel is also good. It is very suitable for business trips. I will consider staying next time I come to Istanbul.

The pillows are the most comfortable…felt like my own at home..the housekeeping is great too The food was really delicious…especially the curry and pizza…so satisfying…the service was good too and Brendu was amazing and of great help,always ensuring we get our food orders and buffet meals on time. The games ,water world were really good…kids had so much fun.Christmas carnival was well in. Will surely be back again

Siringit Villa is located within the confines of the superb Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate on the edge of the 5th fairway of the 18 hole championship golf course. This spacious and elegant property has been carefully created to provide an unrivalled and bespoke guest experience. And the rest of the villa is true to form. Whether it be in the gorgeous living room, the private dining room, the lush gardens, the relaxing terraces or the invigorating lap pool.

The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic, the front desk is very good and late check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon, breakfast is not very rich, but you can eat. Tanzan blue is sold in the lobby but there are not many varieties. The most important thing is that when the hotel goes out and turns left along the wall, there is a Chinese restaurant. It takes less than five minutes to walk. The owner is a Shanghainese. The food is cheap and delicious. The owner also does tourism projects and is very nice.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

Excellent hotel. A class above the other hotels in food and service. Victorian / English theme and motif, with a beautifully tended and manicured Garden. We enjoyed the hiking/running path. The service was excellent, and our every need was tended to every step of the way. I want to particularly commend Joseph who was our head waiter during lunch time for the impeccable and very personalized service. We really enjoyed especially the lunch and dinner, set menu with vegetarian options for each course - including details like fresh salad and dressings, and fresh bread and hot soup. Lovely hotel to relax in for a night on our way to Ngorngoro

This was the starting point of our 8 Day Tanzania Safari trip. We spent our first night here- met by a warm welcome group and assigned our personal staff member 'Praygod'- we were well taken care of the entire time, and we made a good friend! What a beautiful coffee lodge with excellent food, service and incredible rooms/bungalows. The bungalows were luxurious and spacious. We also enjoyed the entertaining monkeys :) traversing throughout the property. The staff and service was top notch! Thank you to all, especially Praygod!

This hotel is actually an apartment. After the evening, the front desk was unattended. There was an old man who could not speak English on duty. He barely completed the check-in with Google Translate. It took a long time to confirm that I had paid in advance. Enter the room, it is OK in Arusha facilities, but pay attention to the room without drinking water, you have to buy it yourself, and the hot water has to be turned on in advance, the amount is not large, and it will be washed soon. The surrounding area is the center of Arusha, and it may be a bit noisy at night.
