New Safari Hotel is a very clean hotel in the city of Arusha for any guest, if you want to enjoy your trip, come and sleep. New Safari Hotel has a comfortable bed, hot water, internet and very good service, very comfortable beds and a generator.

The hotel staff very welcoming, and the place has hot water and clean bed. The furniture is however outdated. We did have meals at the hotel and they were okay. This was mostly dinner which was a la carte. The hotel has a coffee shop just within which was my quick go to as the breakfast buffet was basic.

This hotel is in the centre of arusha you can get safari's from here (you will be swamped with guides) the coffee and food are not good at all but they seem to be friendly enough the rooms are very basic but good enough for a few nights while you sort yourself out and it is fairly central when you go out though you will be plagued with people trying to sell you safari's I went on seven different safari's unfortunately I was totally unimpressed with any of them apart from two a horse riding safari I arranged myself and a homemade motorbike safari I arranged myself they were excellent !

nice hotel- friendly and helpful staff- excellent location to stay when visiting the Mt Kilimanjaro area. Offers free breakfast with typical breakfast food. They do laundry- very inexpensive and they ironed everything. I look forward to returning

The hotel is an average one. 3 out of 10. The welcome was good. The room was ok. But the hotel lacks hospitality. The morning breakfast is a disaster. On reading the other reviews I figured that this is not something new. They been having this problem and never bothered to rectify. There were so many angry guests on that day who had nothing for breakfast. The front desk lady pretend as if there was no issue at all. The restaurant is managed by one waiter. His job is to take ordes from restaurant walk in customers. Clean the table. Make coffee and tea. Serve order. Take orders from hotel rooms. Deliver the room orders after 2 hours- if you are lucky. It seems like the hotel authorities dont understand the meaning of hospitality. Arusha has many options to offer. It's a beautiful place and a blessed one.

We spent one night in this hotel. They are centrally located and average for age of property. Door locks were not working so had to have someone from the desk come unlock our door each time that we went out and came back. Food service was very limited and the included breakfast was less that we had been getting during the previous week. The hotel staff was outstanding!!! Cannot say that strong enough. The staff deserves a 12 on a scale of 1 -- 10. They went above and beyond to provie service. When they said welcome they truly meant it.

Central hotel in Arusha, with spacious and clean rooms. Quite economical considering the hotels in the surrounding area, which are very expensive. It has a cafeteria very close that is very good to eat, so I recommend this accommodation.

The location and the staff are super. Unfortunately, the hotel is lackluster and in need of repairs and upkeep. Some rooms have air conditioning and others don’t. Things like missing knobs on the shower door, burned out lightbulbs, weak and intermittent wi-fi, and keys that don’t work make my star rating lower than it needs to be. If the management gets around to some updates and maintenance, this will be a nice place to stay either before or after your safari. Love the location, awesome staff, but…disappointing structure.
