Wonderful, welcoming place. Great staff and location. The place is great with spacious rooms and many areas to chill, meet new people and enjoy peaceful sunsets over Arusha. Loved the rooftop especially.

I loved being in Villa Viva. I spent three weeks here as a volunteer and had an amazing experience. From day one I felt completely welcomed and supported. The staff were super kind — special thanks to the cooks (the food was always delicious). The house was clean, safe and peaceful. Any issues were solved quickly and the whole team made sure we felt comfortable. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm with bunk beds, and everything was great. The beds were comfy, each one had a mosquito net, and the shared bathroom in the room was clean and had hot water. The house also has a rooftop terrace with a pool table and a bar which was the perfect spot to relax in the afternoons, enjoy the beautiful sunset and socialize with other volunteers. I’m leaving with great memories and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer experience.

super expérience, un super staff très chaleureux et professionnel et un environnement très plaisant. en plus d’être bien placé en face de la route principale de la ville : très pratique pour se déplacer rapidement ! Avec piscine, très propre et avec deux petits chats très mignons.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast daily and the people are super friendly. Definitely will stay here again. I was alone and felt very safe. Also the place was very peaceful and quiet and I slept very well. Adequate bathroom and nice patio added to my wonderful experience

I was here for a month as a volunteer. The hostel is an oasis in a busy city. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The provided meals are good and include local fruit and vegetables. Most are vegetarian. There is cheap transportation to local stores. The Rooftop Bar is a chill place for a drink or a game of darts.or pool.

I've been here for two weeks and there's nothing bad to say. It's been such a lovely experience. The place is amazing and the stuff are always helping you. I recommend staying here if you come to Tanzania. You have a pool if you want to swim, a kitchen if you want to cook and a spa.
